Drama

The CIT Cork School of Music Youth Theatre is this week presenting a production of 'A MidSummer Night's Dream' by William Shakespeare. Directed by Regina Crowley the production will feature two Bandon Grammar Students in the cast.

Meghan Bartual Smyth is playing the pary if Puck and her sister Savana is playing the part of a fairy.

The performance brings Shakespeare to light in a vibrant and easy to understand way. It is uniquely done in a round globe theatre setting to give the audience the maximum effect of Shakespearean acting.

Our English Department are taking our 3rd year students to see this play which should prove extremely beneficial for their studies as the Mocks approach.

A very special well done to Meghan and Savana for all their hard work and we wish them well in their acting careers.
