Minutes of B.G.S. Committee Meeting

Matters arising from minutes: 

  • The refurbishment of the old Dining Hall and Science Labs will take place over the Summer.
  • E-Portal training 22nd April for staff.
  • Library is being supervised by Prefects from 4pm -530pm.

 

Cake Sale 

Friday 30th April in McCutcheon Hall 3-4pm.To be put on website.Committee meeting at 1pm to set up and each member to ask two helpers. All welcome.  CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION

 

Meeting for New Parents: 6th May. No swap shop that night.A letter will follow to parents. Due to health and safety reasons the meeting is confined to parents of incoming first years only.

 

Swap Shop:  4th June (Sports Day) and 30th August

A.O.B  4pm Collection Time - Parents should be parking down by hockey pitch, not up at the school and certainly nopt obstructing traffic.
