Autumn Term 2023
- Sunday 25th, August 2024
Form 1 boarders’ induction from 6.30pm (Supper will be provided at 8pm)
-Monday 26th, August 2024
10am - 4pm: Form 1 Student Induction (Day & Boarders)
2pm – 4pm: New student Induction for Forms 2, 3, 5 & 6 (Boarders in this group will be brought to residences at 4pm)
Boarding opens for all boarding students in Form 2,3, 5 & 6 from 6.30pm
- Tuesday 27th, August 2024
9am: Induction continues for Form 1.
9am – 11am: Return to school induction for Forms 2,3,5 & 6.
Boarding open for Form 4 from 6.30pm.
- Wednesday 28th, August 2024
9am: TY Form 4 return for induction
9am: Classes as per timetable for Forms 1,2,3,5 & 6
- Friday 30th
Wellbeing day for Form 1. Details TBC.
- Midterm closure:
Friday, 25th October 2024 (Bus to Dublin airport departs at 6am)
Sunday, 3rd November 2024 (Bus collects overseas students from Dublin airport at 6pm)
Classes begin at 9am on Monday, 4th November 2024.
- Christmas closure:
Friday, 20th December 2024 (Bus to Dublin airport departs at 6am)
- Term 2 opens:
Sunday, 5th January 2025 (Bus collects overseas students from Dublin airport at 6pm)
Classes begin at 9am on Monday, 6th January 2025.
- Mid-term closure:
Friday, 14th February 2025 Sunday, (Bus departs for Dublin airport at 6am)
Sunday, 24th February 2025 (Bus collects overseas students from Dublin airport at 6pm)
Classes begin at 9am on 25th February 2025.
- Easter holidays
Friday 11th April 2025 (Bus departs for Dublin airport at 6am) Please note students in Form 6 may have oral or practical leaving certificate examinations in the first week of the Easter holidays.
- Term 3:
Sunday, 27th April 2025 (Bus collects overseas students from Dublin airport at 6pm)
Monday, 28th April 2025: Classes begin at 9am
School closes for Summer holidays on Friday, 30th May 2025. (Bus departs for Dublin airport at 6am)
Please note students in Forms 3 & 6 will commence state examinations on Wednesday, 4th June 2025. Boarding houses will remain open according to student needs until the end of this exam period.
